La médiation est censée apporter des réponses mais elle soulève aussi pas mal de questions. Peut-on parler à la place d’un·e autre et en faire son métier ? Est-ce que médiation culturelle et agoraphobie font bon ménage ? En matière de médiation, êtes-vous plutôt pomme ou bien plutôt patou ? Robin Garnier-Wenisch propose un retour en arrière sur quelques souvenirs dans lesquels se mélangent visite d’exposition les premiers dimanches du mois, angoisse des rapports sociaux, mantra d’auto-réconfort, rougissements, transpiration et blague à la con pour tenter, vainement, de décrisper son public. Car il ne faut jamais oublier – c’est l’un des enseignements de ce livre (et rien que ça c’est une bonne raison de le lire) – qu’il faut toujours commencer par faire une blague à la con pour détendre l’atmosphère.

Robin Garnier-Wenisch est né en 1989 à Viriat, les deux pieds dans la Dombes. Sorti des beaux-arts de Rennes en 2014, il est responsable depuis 2019 de la bibliothèque de l’EESAB-site de Quimper où il vit et travaille (à Quimper, hein, pas dans la bibliothèque). Une fois écrits, ses textes sont publiés, des fois ils sont lus ou performés. Il lit parfois pour du public dans une grange, dans un pré, avec du glaçage à gâteau sur le visage, déguisé en vacancier à Santorin, assis sur un ballon de gym ou en équilibre précaire sur ses invendus. Il a publié un bouquin sur le Grand Est, un autre sur Babel et dernièrement une nouvelle sur un bœuf en colère. Il aime les pommes, les agrumes aussi, les chiens surtout.

Packing and Shipping Rates

For posters and prints, we roll them into a sturdy cardboard tube and then pack the tube into a cardboard box. However, please note that certain products, such as books and posters, may not be able to be packed together. As a result, orders with different product types or sizes may be subject to double shipping fees.

We offer worldwide shipping via French national post service, La Poste's Colissimo, Priority Mail, or Delivengo. The shipping fees for your order will be automatically calculated based on factors such as package weight, volume, and destination. If you prefer us to use a different carrier service such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL, please contact us prior to placing your order.

In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our bookshop in Paris. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are from 10am to 7pm from Tuesday to Saturday, from 2pm to 7pm on Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
