Loris Gréaud
[I] The Statement 

French conceptual artist Loris Gréaud (b. 1979, Eaubonne) creates immersive projects at the intersection of science, music, and visual art.

Titled “[I] The Statement ”, this volume features original artworks crafted from human tears dried over a Bunsen burner on Arches paper. Interpreted in black and white, these works are printed with ten pigment-based inks featuring an extended dynamic range.

Photography, photogravure, and Fine Art printing of the constellations were executed at Atelier Droit à l’Image by Stéphane Crémer on 300 gsm Arches Pure White Cotton Watercolour paper, optical brightener-free and specially profiled for this edition.

Typeset in Cyclone, the texts were screen printed by Imprimerie du Marais on 270 gsm Curious Skin Smooth paper. The binding and custom slipcase were produced by La Reliure d’Art du Centre in Limoges.
