Art Protects x Yvon Lambert 2020 (New dates)
L’association AIDES et Yvon Lambert ont l’honneur de vous convier à participer à l’opération ART PROTECTS 2020.
En raison de mesures sanitaires, la vente de cette année sera faite en ligne via Instagram et le site web dédié (http://artprotects.com/). RDV le 12 décembre à 10h.
La librairie Yvon Lambert accueille une exposition exceptionnelle au profit de la lutte contre le sida. Pour la huitième édition de ART PROTECTS, plusieurs centaines d’artistes du monde entier s’engagent une nouvelle fois pour contribuer à la fin de l’épidémie.
Aujourd’hui, nous savons comment mettre fin au sida. Les moyens pour y parvenir existent. Tout l’enjeu est de les rendre accessibles à toutes et tous, et en priorité aux populations les plus vulnérables. Au quotidien, les militants-es de AIDES informent, préviennent, dépistent et luttent contre les discriminations qui font le lit de l’épidémie. Il est essentiel que nous puissions compter sur votre générosité pour continuer le combat.
Les fonds collectés lors de l’exposition-vente seront intégralement reversés à l’association AIDES, et plus précisément à ses actions de dépistage.
Nous comptons sur votre participation et vous proposons un format imposé :
oeuvre originale, format 10 x 15 cm.
Les conditions de participation, d’exposition et de vente sont les suivantes :
- Chaque artiste est libre d’illustrer une ou plusieurs cartes
- Les œuvres sont à déposer ou envoyer avant le 6 novembre à Librairie Yvon Lambert - 14 rue des Filles du Calvaire 75003 Paris
- Les œuvres seront exposées sous forme de fresque murale durant deux jours à la librairie Yvon Lambert
- La liste des artistes participants sera affichée pour le public à l’entrée de l’espace d’exposition
- Le nom des artistes ne sera révélé à l’acquéreur-euse que lorsqu’il-elle aura réglé son achat
- Il est donc essentiel que les artistes jouent le jeu et signent leur-s œuvre-s au verso
- Les œuvres seront vendues au prix unique de 100 euros

The association AIDES and Yvon Lambert have the pleasure of inviting you to an exceptional exhibition for the benefit of the fight against AIDS: ART PROTECTS 2020.
Due to sanitary restrictions, this year's sale will be made online via Instagram and the dedicated website (http://artprotects.com/). Rendez-vous on December 12th at 10am.
Several hundred international artists take part in the eighth edition of “ART PROTECTS”. The event arouses great enthusiasm amongst buyers as well as generosity from donating artists.
Today, we know how to end AIDS. The means to achieve it do exist. The challenge is to make them accessible to all, and in priority to the most vulnerable and key affected populations. On a daily basis, AIDES activists fight to eradicate the virus. Until then, we once again appeal to your generosity.
The funds raised during the sales exhibition will be donated entirely to AIDES, and more precisely to its actions for rapid HIV screening.
We count on your participation and propose an imposed format:
an original work, 10 x 15 cm (3.94 x 5.91 in).
Conditions to participate, exhibit and sell are the following:
- Each artist is free to illustrate one or several cards
- Works of Art have to be sent by 6th November to : Librairie Yvon Lambert - 14 rue des Filles du Calvaire 75003 Paris
- Works of art will be exhibited as a wall painting for three days at the Librairie Yvon Lambert
- The list of participating artists will be posted at the entrance of the exhibition for the public
- The name of the artist will only be revealed to the buyer once he/she purchased the piece
- Therefore, it is essential that artists play the game and sign their work(s) at the back
- Works will be sold at the single price of 100 euros
Please note that colors may slightly differ between the screen and the actual product.
Shipping & Fulfillment
1. Order Processing & Production
We process orders from Tuesday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Made-to-Order Items (Photo Prints & T-Shirts)
Our photo prints and t-shirts are produced on-demand. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production before these items are shipped. - In-Stock Items (All Other Products)
All other orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days. - Order Notifications
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after your purchase. A second email with tracking information will be sent as soon as your order has shipped. - Restocking
Occasionally, some item may be in the process of restocking. If this causes a delay in preparing your order, we will contact you directly by email to inform you.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- Packaging
We pack every order with care to ensure it arrives safely. Posters and prints are rolled and placed in a sturdy cardboard tube, which is then secured in a shipping box.
Important Note on Combined Orders:
Please be aware that certain items, like books and posters, cannot be safely packed together due to their different shapes and sizes. As a result, an order containing multiple item types may be shipped in separate packages and incur separate shipping fees. - Shipping Rates & Carriers
We ship worldwide from Paris via La Poste (France's national postal service), using their Colissimo, Priority Mail, or Delivengo services. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, volume, and destination of your package. If you require a different carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL), please contact us before placing your order to arrange it. - Estimated Transit Times

3. Free In-Store Pickup (Paris)
You can skip the shipping fees with our free local pickup service at our bookshop in Paris.
- How it Works:
Simply select the "Pick up" option at checkout. - Preparation Time:
In-stock items will be ready for pickup within 24 hours (Tuesday-Saturday). This does not apply to made-to-order items like art prints and t-shirts. - Notification:
We will send you an email as soon as your order is ready for collection, along with instructions. - Pickup Hours:

Return Policy
- 30-Day Returns: You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it's in new, unused condition.
- Contact Us First: Always email us at shop@yvon-lambert.com before sending anything back. We’ll guide you through the process.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: Yes, we offer exchanges. Contact us to arrange it. You will need to cover the new shipping fee.
- Damaged Item: If your order arrives damaged, email us photos within 48 hours. If the box looks badly damaged upon arrival, you can refuse the delivery.
- International Returns: You must write "RETURNED GOODS" clearly on the outside of the package to avoid customs fees.
- Refunds: Once we approve your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
