“Une rêverie émanée de mes loisirs” [Musings from my leisures] is the title of the bibliophilia collection Yvon Lambert created in 1992. The title refers to a text by Jean-Claude Lebensztejn, which was the collection’s starting point.

At Yvon Lambert’s request, artists conceive a work, having the choice to integrate this text as they wish in their projects. The first four works were printed at the Imprimerie Nationale, in the greatest tradition of bibliophila.

Over the years, the collection has evolved, but the principle remains the same: the artists invited to participate in this collection conceive the work entirely, in collaboration or not with a writing of their choice. The book is thus a work of art itself, an edition of 150 copies, of which 108 are for sale.

Until today, thirty-three books have been published. Several projects are in progress.
